Wood You Build It is extremely proud to offer our newest line of kitchen islands! We call this one the "Donna." It is constructed completely from scratch with only SOLID wood along with premium grade 1.5" thick butcher block. With over 10,000 variations of design and style we are certain you are going to find exactly what you are looking for! This design is constructed to have an overhang on 3 sides to maximize the amount of sitting area for your kitchen.
All tops range from 66"-72"w x 36"d. Don't worry about getting this through your doorways. We've designed it in a way that the base will first be put into place then the top will easily be attached to the base. We show you how this is done so that in the event you happen to move, you will know how to detach the top and bring the entire unit with you to your new home.
We are honored to now offer this custom kitchen island as an everyday model for purchase! There are over 10,000 variations to choose from, including but not limited to, trash components, cabinets, drawers, wheels, and optional overhang for seating to name a few.
We also use premium grade 1.5” thick teak butcher block tops that are sealed and conditioned prior to delivery. There is little maintenance to these tops and are made to last. Upon delivery, our driver will hand you a cheat sheet for use and care regarding these premium teak butcher block countertops on these kitchen islands. We also give you a complimentary bottle of conditioner to use for the next time you will need to reapply to the top. Who does that?!
~Paint matters! We work closely with Benjamin Moore paints and we can offer you our everyday selections or you can have your very own custom paint color (+$75).
