***Introducing the “Lexie”***

This kitchen island with seating option can just about fit into anyone's space!

~2 Drawers over two cabinets. The cabinets are double wide with no divider and a solid shelf halfway up. This gives you approximately 12" of shelf space for each shelf.

~Three sizes to choose from; 36", 42", and 48". Anything under or over those sizes would force us to alter the design.

We also use premium grade butcher block tops that are sealed and conditioned prior to delivery. There is little maintenance to these tops and are made to last. Upon delivery, our driver will hand you a cheat sheet for use and care regarding these premium butcher block countertops on these kitchen islands. You have the option to have a light or a dark(er) butcher block top.

~Paint matters! We work closely with Benjamin Moore paints and we can offer you our everyday selections or you can have your very own custom paint color (+$75).

~Outside perimeter choice; For the time being we are only offering picture frame as the outside perimeter option.

~There are 3 depth options to choose from;

• 25" Depth has no overhang for seating
• 30" Depth has a slight overhang for seating and can be either the light or the dark top
• 36" Depth has a larger overhang but can only be in the dark color for the top

~Premium soft close drawer glides used for all drawers

~Each unit is made to order to your specs and design so you will be ensured to get exactly what you are looking for! It is also meticulously handcrafted by one of Wood You Build It’s master craftsman as opposed to using robotic machinery.
