This island is accompanied by either one tilt out trash/recycling unit that tilts outwards on one of the narrow ends or a cabinet door with shelving inside. Based on the size you choose you will either have no drawers or the amount of drawers that comfortably fit the footprint of the size unit you had chosen. All drawers are installed with high grade soft close ball bearing drawer glides. If wheels are chosen then we will include industrial strength locking casters allows for mobility. Enjoy the premium high grade and beautiful 1.5" teak butcher block countertop that is fully sealed and conditioned before your kitchen island is delivered. No shortcuts have been taken on this piece.

~Paint matters! We work closely with Benjamin Moore paints and we can offer you our everyday selections or you can have your very own custom paint color (+$75).
~Standard depth with no overhang is 25”. The depth with overhang for seating is 36”. Be sure to choose the correct one at checkout. If 36" is chosen then the top will arrive detached from the base. We will show you how we attach it to the base so in the event that you move to a new home you will know how to remove the top and bring the entire unit with you to your new home.
~Be aware that while there are lots of variations to choose from, there are still restrictions to some availability based on sizing and such. For example, a 36”w island could never fit 3 drawers across the top (this is in addition to the trash tilt out on the right side) whereas a 96” wide island can easily fit those 3 drawers. We have spent countless hours trying to pack as much as possible into this design for each size. These options are what we consider a best fit for each size.
