This custom kitchen island is completely handcrafted and made to order. It is exposed on all 4 sides with open, airy, slatted shelving (two-tone shelving available.) This is the perfect kitchen island for those that want to display items, have a nice place to sit, and for those who are not necessarily in need of more cabinet space. 4 thick corner posts helps create the simple, yet elegant look (units 84"+ will have 6 posts for added strength.)
These custom kitchen islands are completely made out of solid wood. No particle board or paper thin materials are never present on any of our kitchen islands!
We also use a premium grade 1.5" thick butcher block top that is fully sealed and conditioned upon arrival.

*Sizing details: 25" depth units have no overhang. 36" units have an 8" overhang on both sides. The ability to overhang on only one side is an option as well.
